MedShield is a medicine-verification platform from Medexer. Patients, pharmacists, and manufacturers can check whether a pack matches registered product data — via QR, app, USSD, or SMS.
The pilot is live in Lagos and Kano, Nigeria, with pharmacies onboarded in both cities.

Yes. Dial our USSD short code or send an SMS with the pack code from any feature phone.
You receive clear guidance not to use the product and how to report it. Pharmacies can quarantine stock through the same reporting flow.
Request an integration from the Manufacturers page. We register product serials and support packaging workflows under a per-unit verification model.
